Production and Quality Control
5 advanced SMT production lines with monthly production capacity of 600,000 sets, 10 wave soldering production lines and 10 assembling lines ensure monthly poduction capacity of 800,000 completed set-top-boxes. Now our new factory, occupying an area of 17,000 sq meters, will be built with more advanced production lines.
Different advanced technical equipments, such as SFU, DVB-S/T/C Modulator, RoHS Testing Equipment, Temperature & Humidity Chamber, Stream Analyzer, Frequency Spectrograph, Stream Generator, AV Output Testing Equipment, Oscilloscope, ensure 100% quality control, BOXSAM has passed strict quality management systems under the ISO9001:2008 certificate; and we also has alreay been awarded the CE, RoHS, GOST, 3C and FCC certificates.
